Do you wonder what life would have been like if you had taken a different direction? Sure you do, everyone does, and it's only natural. The major difference is successful people is that they take it a step further. Success people find out just how life can be different with three simple steps on how to change my life .

The Benefits of Change

HOW

We remain the same until the pain of staying the same exceeds the pain of change.

The only pain in change is the fear of taking the first step

You don't have to see the entire staircase just take the first step Dr. M.L.K.

The First Step -The first step in turning things around is the acceptance that change will occur regardless of whether or not you choose to resist it or embrace it. Now which options do you feel will create the best outcome?

Do You

Change is natural and constant and yet for one reason or another we've convinced ourselves that we must resist change when in fact we crave change.

The Big Secret - Dispense with the lies that you're afraid of change. You do it all the time. Change is easy, you've proven that. Your changing you mind about it as you read this. Anyway, the big secret is that you're the only person that needs to know about your goal to change. Don't tell others they will ask you about it and make you feel pressured and attract failure. Keep your plans to yourself. Keep it secret and only talk about it once others notice and embrace your success.

Much Love and Success, Katie

this was most exhilarating writing and reading and youre so correct;after reading your essay, I left my wife a note saying that i'm in love with a younger woman and am running off to Tahiti!(just teasing;a change, like that would be MURDER(she'd hire a hitman;)you must admit that getting oneself or others to change anything major is extremely difficult. One cant even get people to change their breakfast beverage, let alone change in major ways!Brave new worlds await!kudos!

What a funny thought, thanks for the laugh and yet it is SO true. As I had mentioned we are creatures of habit and yet we can pick the habits we'd like to rid ourselves of and choose to replace them with good habits. It is my hope and constant thought that all those caught up in harmful or less than positive habits reverse them and build habits that will be rewarding to them...

Indeed, we are creatures of habit. They say that it only takes 3 weeks to turn a habit around - repeat an action or behavior for three solid weeks, and it will become a natural part of you. Thanks for writing a good article and a great perspective.
